We had some interesting dots on our rental windowsills, they would be cleaned and still appear the next day. I called Robert and he determined they were dry rot termites and advised me about the next steps. He had scheduled a time to meet at the location and was on time and very professional. We will certainly be calling him when we have any pest control issues in the future!
