Robert J. Lauser
Grim Reaper CEO
Robert Lauser grew up in the Northeast (Delaware, born outside of Philadelphia) and served the U.S. Navy for 8 years as a Radioman Second Class. While in the Navy, Robert served at 4 major duty stations: Naval Air Station, Key West FL; USS Stark FFG-31; USS Saratoga CV-60; and RAF Edzell, Scotland. After his service, he managed a restaurant in Rehoboth Beach, DE, and then moved to Florida in 2002. Robert has been in the pest control business in metro Sarasota for more than 17 years.
“As a veteran (disabled) of the U.S. Navy,” Robert says, “I want to help fellow veterans. I am always looking to employ veterans, whether full or part time. I also started the Giver’s Gain Charitable Foundation to raise money annually to help other charities, many of whose mission specifically focuses on helping veterans. Our mission statement is ‘A Charity giving to Charities.’ I believe in Givers Gain and strive to treat my customers the way they want to be treated.”

RJ Mion
General Manager
RJ has worked in the industry since he was a teenager, helping Robert occasionally during the summers. He has formally been with Grim Reaper since 2016. He enjoys helping homeowners solve their pest problems. He has served in the Marine Corps Reserve for the last 9 years and is currently a Sergeant.
Liz Mion
Technician
Liz was born in California and grew up in Tampa. She has been working in the pest control industry for a year. Liz obtained her Associates in Arts Degree for Engineering and has held leadership positions in a number of industries. Liz enjoys being outdoors and has a passion for learning and acquiring new skills.
